Wellbeing Baseline

These surveys provide a real insight into an organisation’s ability to meet the wellbeing needs of its employees.  Surveys are anonymous and provide participating organisations with an aggregated view of the wellbeing status of its employees, their wellbeing experiences, current wellbeing challenges and the wellbeing support requirements indicated.  Wellbeing managers or champions can develop a team or company Wellbeing Action Plan and survey recipients.

Wellbeing Pulse

These surveys provide regular insight into an organisations ability to meet the wellbeing needs of its employees and provide the momentum to ensure wellbeing remains a constant focus.  Surveys are anonymous and provide participating organisations with an aggregated view of the wellbeing status of its employees, their wellbeing experiences, current wellbeing challenges and the wellbeing support requirements they have.  Changes to wellbeing scores are tracked, and root causes assessed. 

Wellbeing 360

These surveys provide regular insight into an organisation’s ability to meet the wellbeing needs of its employees and provide the momentum to ensure wellbeing remains a constant focus.  Surveys are anonymous but identifiable and provide participating organisations with an aggregated view of the wellbeing status of its employees, their wellbeing experiences, current wellbeing challenges and the wellbeing support requirements they have.  Changes to wellbeing scores are tracked and root causes assessed.  Alongside Company or Team Wellbeing Action Plans, each employee is provided with the opportunity to build a My Wellbeing Action Plan. The platform signposts potential support based on their survey responses.

Our Pulse and Baseline surveys allow team or wellbeing leaders to build a wellbeing improvement plan focused on the three most important wellbeing challenges.  This may be a Start, Stop or Improve activity that involves internal or external support which can be sourced from a KAYA wellbeing partner.

Individual Employee Wellbeing Action Plan 

Our Wellbeing 360 surveys empower employees to take control of their wellbeing.  Whilst anonymous employees can also ‘raise their hand’ and share details with internal or external experts for support.
